You had me at “sunken archaeological city in Caesarea”. As a lover of all things historical, this would be an almost otherworldly experience. This option feels like the perfect sampler platter to really get a good feel of what is offered on the dive scene. It’s such a bummer you didn’t get to dive the Med, but it’s super cool that they still took you around by boat!

In reply to Inês. Good question! I know that many Europeans go to Egypt to do their diving courses, though with direct flights to Sharm El Sheikh suspended it's slightly trickier to get there than it used to be. I loved diving in Malta, too!

I love this. A question: for someone from Europe what would be a nice place to take the scuba course that’s not too far or overly expensive?
