I loved doing a cooking class in Chiang Mai. Argh….always marvel at your photography skills. Do you offer courses…..? Tin can in a microwave……sounds very familiar. LOL

You had me at “domestically challenged.” Strangely, the only cooking class I ever took was Thai. Then I retired. 😉

In reply to Alex. They actually do chicken versions as well. Most restaurants also do them. You should try it when you are back in Cambodia. So yummy!
