meals while in bohol and all over Philippines (from local stands) including mung beans, bone broth, jack fruit curry, taro curry, pancit, squash (pinakbet), bbq etc etc but yes also lots of other meat options. there are delicious ways to prepare nonveg meals not burnt fat. there is sisig adobo kare kare menudo. i dont know where you ate to even get burnt fat. please dont make generalizations like that about bohol food or filipino food. i will check out bee farm.

Hey there! Honestly I’m not sure about the transit times, so it’s hard to say if a day trip is possible. Personally, I’d HIGHLY recommend hopping over to Bohol and staying even for just one night!
