Cute town! I’ve been DYING to try Acroyoga, and then just discovered yesterday that the studio literally a block from our new condo offers it once a week. Score! Impressive that you managed to fly Anders.

In reply to tammyonthemove. It's really all about stacking the body properly! If you do the pose wrong you can feel how it strains your muscles but if you do it right it feels just fine!
