In reply to "rod" weekes. Thanks Rod! Actually we (and by we I obviously mean my mom, ha!) bought the legs for our dining room table at an antique store in Albany and at the moment we just have a plywood top over it! Good luck finding a carpenter!

wow! i love the renovations. very, very nice. i found this site as i was looking online for someone to build a large kitchen table for our summer home in meadowview farms. the prices in the stores are outrageous. we have so many projects to do there and it’s taking a long time. every summer we have friends and family for meals and our kitchen is the hub bub. i’d love to have a wooden that would seat 10 comfortably. if you know of anyone who is reliable and can do quality work in building a table please let me know. thanks. kudos to your family for a job well done.
