Downtown Cancun sounds so interesting and I love great food! I’m planning a trip to Bacalar in November and I’m thinking about adding a day or two in downtown Cancun before flying home. Selina downtown Cancun looks amazing, I’ve stayed at their properties in Colombia and Panamá and they’re always so gorgeous!

Wow, now I need to explore downtown Cancun. In 2005 I spent a week in the hotel zone on my honeymoon. My cousin was working down there for his company. He took us to a open air restaurant and the food was awesome. I can’t remember the name of it but it was located in a rougher part of town. The food and fresh juice was worth it.

Thank you for once again granting us a fresh perspective on a familiar destination. My one and only time in Cancun was my high school senior trip. You better believe I stayed exclusively at our resort in the hotel zone, drinking tequila for breakfast and dancing ’til dawn at a different club every single night. Maybe one day I’ll see the other side & if I do, it will be thanks to you!
