I’ve been in Samui over 6 years now and it’s always a highlight. Fitness is taking off in a big way in Samui. Especially with the Covid restrictions. Fitness resorts/CrossFit/bootcamps have become the new parties and way to meet people here in my opinion which suits me. ????

I’m so not a natural runner either! That said, when I first started forcing myself to do it, I did love the results on my body. I’ll never be a long distance girl though — a 10K was more than enough for me, for the most part even 5K is a major challenge!
