A true yogi response 🙂 And the one I needed to hear. Yes, you’re right — there’s no true perfect balance for me (or at least not one that lasts), there are just periods where the pendulum is swinging in a more manageable way, or totally off-track and untethered. This was a nice, breezy swing of a year.
