Anna was my Advanced Open Water and Nitrox instructor and she was amazing. I definitely recommend her. As a matter of fact, my wife will probably is taking her advanced and cavern course sometime this year.

The siphon part gave me anxiety – I’d be afraid of accidentally getting too close and getting sucked down Hahaha! I’d absolutely love to this though! Your diving stories are always so amazing! I love reading them! And thanks for explaining the difference between cavern and cave diving. I honestly had no clue. I really need to learn to scuba! <3

Definitely — there’s no way I would have felt comfortable jumping right into cave so this was a nice way to test the waters. I think I’m going to let it settle in for a while before taking any further steps 🙂

This sounds like such a cool course! This is the first dive course you’ve done that I’ve read about and immediately thought that I would love to do it myself one day. Florida is just filled with cool stuff, I need to get myself down there!

Cavern diving sounds much more do-able than cave diving. I think I would feel too constricted in dark and closed off cave. It still looks like a proper adventurous dive though, including the set up on the truck and kayak!
