Thank you for so eloquently pouring yourself into your writing and for sharing your fears and anxieties and hopes with us. Your posts are always so candidly refreshing, and, as a result, inspiring, but I can only imagine the emotional and mental capacity it must take to share such these raw emotions. One of my friends told me once that sunflowers actually grow in the toughest conditions, which surprised me because I think of them as such cheerful and bright flowers. But they can make a home anywhere and grow out of anything and will be the only plant around for miles in the middle of sand dunes. Basically these whimsical flowers are resilient af! So, wherever you choose to plant yourself and whatever your path forward looks like, I’ve got a feeling you’ll grow and thrive, no matter the conditions. 🙂

I never thought of it that way but you are right — water is not necessarily the natural choice for grounding 😉 But it is where I come home to myself. Here’s hoping we all get back to the bits of life and work we miss in 2021.
