Hey Christian! Advanced Open Water is great because you basically just do fun dives with a couple skills, and a bit of book work back on the surface! So not a sacrifice at all. It’s pretty much my favorite PADI course because of that!

I pretty much passed out straight after dinner and would wake up at 6, so that still left like a full nine hours a night for sleep, ha!
