I watched the whirling dervishes in Istanbul too, they were a highlight! How amazing!

Besides Ephesus the high point for me was watching a performance by the whirling dervishes in a very small place with v few visitors. Got so much more to do In Turkey all scribbled in for my next visit 🙂
