Hey Bekki, I took a blogging hiatus but I’m back and catching up on comments! That makes me so happy to hear that we got you hooked on the Keys 🙂 Definitely there’s a major connection between diving the Florida springs and the Mexican cenotes! Honestly they are super similar! What’s different I think is the hand-holding you get from each. In Mexico it’s much easier to get a guided experience of the cenotes; whereas in Florida most divers are DIYing it. At first that really intimidated me, but it turned out to be a super unique and empowering experience. I hope you get to experience both someday!

Hey Lauren! You can find info on all my camera gear here 🙂 Hope that helps! As for the walk, I stayed back with the gear while Heather ran for the car so I’m not quite sure — I definitely recommend doing it that way as it would be far less pleasant dragging gear!
