In reply to Sofie. Sometimes I do choke on the price of classes, but I force myself to think of them as an investment in my future health! I have found that I really love the structure of working out in a class and it's the best way to get me moving and looking forward to a workout. I used to be able to work out really well at home with a DVD but these days if that's my plan for the day I find that I just never do it!

Hang in there Alex. Travel romance is a bitch even when we ladies want to keep it “alive”. It slaps back to our faces. The most heart dropping moment when you receive the dreaded message/email after a few months “I am seeing someone……” and “I am happy….”! Pass me those beers – It does suck, coz that feeling made you question yourself.

Love these round-ups! Although you do make me feel bad with all the working out that you do:-) I’m working from home alone and even then I can’t get myself to do enough. I do short daily work-out sessions, but I need a class to really get into it and classes aren’t exactly cheap over here:/ I’ve now subscribed to a yoga site to see if that’s something for me, but I’d like to start taking classes as well so that I have smeone who can correct me when I do it wrong.
