Regarding food in Cairo, we accidentally did really well. Two standouts I can still find are The White Owl and Tabla LUNA. Both are in Maadi. My mom still cant find an enchilada that compares to LUNA

I love and always have loved your roundups, I come here regularly to check for new ones and this evening had a nice surprise 🙂

Some time ago you talked in an Instagram post about the ‘six figure craze’ and what we use to measure our success. It’s to your blog and others like this that I keep coming back to, even when I am not searching for my next trip or looking for specific travel info.
It may not bring in six figures, but is very very valuable in a different way.. in my measure of success, this is indeed a very successful blog.
