I love the little Palace Museum of LP too. The moon rock and cars gifted during the Kennedy era especially brought me a thrill.

Your color sketch on the pin of this article “Sights of Luang Prabang” is great! I assume it’s yours? Would you be willing to share it? My husband and I raised our kids in Vientiane and spent a couple of very happy anniversaries in LP. Now that we’re living in the US I’m making a wall collage commemorating favorite anniversaries spent around the world. I’d LOVE to frame this one!

Hey Lisa! I spent three days there. I saw the major sights but could have stayed longer, actually. I rushed a bit as I only had less than two weeks in Laos. It’s a great city to just relax in.
