In reply to Kat. You know, I really just had my first major shoulder drama last year, when I over-stretched my anterior deltoid jumping off a huge dock into the ocean. Insert major eyeroll here! It literally took six months to recover from, and I still feel like it gives me trouble sometimes (probably because I never properly rested.)

This. Looks. Incredible. I can’t get over your pictures, and the things you got to see and do sound absolutely amazing! The distance shot going down the cliff in particular is incredibly awe-inspiring. Also, a yoga + hiking retreat sounds like a wonderful combination!

In reply to Dylan. I watched an old Instagram story of myself in Tel Aviv recently and I was like... What?! Who is this TAN BLONDE BEAUTY?! Ha! A few days in the desert sun and I felt like a supermodel. Let me assure you I do NOT feel that way now, lol. Summer feels like it was a million years ago.
