Endless Summer: A Request and An Exclusive Giveaway

I am dreaming of sunshine as I sit and write this post bundled under blankets and sweaters, waiting for the 70 degree heat the weatherman promised me today to appear. While I do love the fall I am a summer girl at heart and I am holding onto every last delicious moment of the one that is currently fading away. And what better way than to gift one of you with some of my favorite seasonal summertime goodies?

But — you knew there was a catch, right? — first I need a favor from you! As my traffic grows each month I look at all those numbers and I realize I want to know more than Google Analyics can tell me. I want to know who you guys are, what you all are into, and what keeps you coming back here. I’m also looking for how I can improve this site, and knowing which of my posts you love and which make you roll your eyes will really help (if you say all of them I might cry.)

I’ve been warned by my blogging buddies that getting people to fill out reader surveys is about as easy as making your way through JFK’s immigration line at peak arrival times. But I’m feeling a little smug here, because I really do feel like I have the greatest readers on the interwebs, and I’m hoping that my humble plea for help (along with some light bribery) will entice you all to take a moment to give you some feedback.

I can’t promise that it will only take ten seconds or that there are Aziz Anzari-level laughs awaiting you (though it won’t take long and I did make my usual pathetic attempts at humor), but I can promise you this: I am listening. I will use the feedback you give me here to make Alex in Wanderland bigger and better and brighter. I couldn’t do this without you guys, and I can’t wait to read your responses. Oh yeah, and it’s all anonymous — so if you’ve been waiting for your big chance to tell me that your sick of my selfies (I’m looking at you, little sister) this is your big shot!
Now, let’s just move right along to the fun part, shall we? Like two hundred dollars worth of some amazing travel products ($202, to be exact!) You guys know how much I love The Island Company’s signature slogan — and based on the amount of comments I get when I wear my Island Company t-shirt or likes I get when I post a shot of my Island Company luggage tag on Instagram.
