Dear Alex, The drink you described sounds good. what would I call it, if I look it up in a bartenders guide or google ...... did you ever think of making a list of the unique drinks and cocktails along the way, and then selling " the book" via the computer, as a print out ? ...maybe could be developed into something even more sophisticated ? I think you should also do same thing with recipes , my favorite food is Ethiopian, and Indian.Malaysian food is great, native or Dutch...etc... You could sell a cookbook.... Then all restaurants and bars, could be a WRITE OF....even ask other bloggers to send in favorite recipes and you would credit them. DIVERSIFY, Being a Dreamer is good...but sadly , in life we must have back ups ...so when it comes time, we can FACE THE FACTS, and not be forced to rationalize. I have a feeling you might be good at that ? ...just trying to help... and would like the receipt of "the drink", if possible.... a lot like a drink in New Orleans, called a silver fish.....I'm john b....Aunt Karen C's old class mate, she turned me onto the site...and I enjoy it... No need to publish or even respond. Respectfully, john B.

Actually our biking guide mentioned that! He said the erosion is so intense that it is too risky building homes right on the ocean front. They get battered by storms and are expected to fall right into the ocean sooner or later! So interesting!
