Yes the King’s portrait featured in many of the displays at the market. I love the Pixar comparison… didn’t notice it before!

The camera at a cock eyed angle reminds me of the Pixar opening sequence to their films….add in the portrait of the King serenley overseeing the display and it’s a winner. Even without knowing about the Thai monarchy you get the idea that he is an important dude to whoever set up this display.
