I am sure all these challenges, pain and heartbreak (and also the love and support you experienced while going through them) will bring you to an even more amazing place in your life.

I felt your physical pain while reading the pool story.. I can only imagine how heartbreaking it was to plan for that moment and then realizing it was not going to happen and seeing your mom tearing up 🙁 but I am sure the fact that you went through all that just to try to make it happen made your mom feel incredibly loved and cherished.

And I find the story of Ian’s birthday really poignant and romantic. Those are the moments that mean something, even if at the time they seem all wrong.
